The problem we're trying to solve: In our time doing both pocket (partial) replacement as well as full frame (including siding, attachment of cosmetic jambs, and trim) is that we've noticed quite a few customers either can't afford to get all of their windows replaced at once, or didn't really need new windows in the first place.
