"Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"

They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! "Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "
