"I have hired Sanger Tile and flooring for kitchen and bathroom backsplash; Kitchen backsplash was completed to our satisfaction. Bathroom backsplash was completed with non-matching grout and inaccurate cut. Mr. Sanger was notified about issues and was agreed to fix it after ending of stay at home order. He has asked us to remove those tile and we did. John was contacted several times now via phone, text, emails, and did not get back to me. The bathroom tile is in my elderly parent area and she used to live with the naked wall for 3+ months already,"

Measure and installation within days. 5. No extra work, unless discussed with customer prior. 6. Leave work area clean and installation took about an hour for two windows. When I called Zach (pictures included) answered on the second ring. Was out the same day to measure, and by Saturday, Zach and Luke had two glass block basement windows installed.
