Bathroom backsplash was completed with non-matching grout and inaccurate cut. Mr. Sanger was notified about issues and was agreed to fix it after ending of stay at home order. He has asked us to remove those tile and we did. John was contacted several times now via phone, text, emails, and did not get back to me. The bathroom tile is in my elderly parent area and she used to live with the naked wall for 3+ months already,"
