"We contacted Team Sheets (recommended by Dave Ramsey) on February 7th describing our remote situation. Our tenants moved out of the house on March 7th. Team Sheets swooped in immediately and gave a detailed assessment of the condition of the property. Wendi provided honest counsel in relation to selling "as is" and also detailed accurate estimates for some work that would ensure the property brought top dollar. We were in contact with Wendi almost daily while the contractors conducted the work. Team Sheets was there every step of the way providing progress updates and recommendations. I can't even imagine the behind the scenes work. Wendi listed the house on April 11th at a price she discussed with us the first week. I lost count of how many showings were held on the April 12th. We had four offers that day. With expert guidance, we accepted an offer $15k over our asking price. Wendi, Don and Autumn took care of the rest.
