Whether it is insurance, divorce, property tax, estate planning or pre sale for a single family residence or land. I make it as easy as possible for the homeowner. I DO NOT DO MOBILE HOMES. For a knowledgeable, quick and easy service done right the first time, please call today. After spending my 2+ years as an apprentice , I decided to start my own appraisal service in 2000. I have done appraisals for City of Hamilton, 5/3, TruPartner Credit Union, Huntington, Wells Fargo, First Financial,5/3, many individuals and real estate agents. I don't do VA Appraisals, furniture, interior contents also known as Chattel, commercial property OR mobile homes. I appraise single family homes and land. I do not measure land boundaries which needs a different type of appraisal license. I cover Butler County, most of Warren and Clermont and upper Hamilton counties.
