"The 6 ft. privacy fence I had installed was well built and done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the follow-through on a couple of things that were not done which were supposed to have been. The workers ruined a patch of grass in my yard that was supposed to be re-seeded with straw placed over it. I had to call a couple of times to see when that would be done and it still wasn't done right. They also traipsed mud all over my outdoor rug and were supposed to put a handle on the inside of my gate; both of which were not addressed/done. 5 stars for the fence, but disappointed with the things mentioned."

However, please know if its a higher paying job in front of your job...he is going to that job before your job. "Great job. Jon was quick to contact me and quick to get out and provide an estimate. Job included some deck repair, power wash and paint of a large deck and covered porch. We were doing the work late in the year, so Jon had to work around the weather. He did a great job keeping us informed and was always there on the days he promised and kept the job moving. Quality of work is outstanding. The carpentry was well done and the paint looks fantastic. We are delighted. Not the lowest bidder, but we will use Fox Renovations again based on the high quality of the work performed."

"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner.
