"Eric built cabinets to hold audio equipment under our large wall mounted TV as well as cabinets with upper bookcase shelving on either side of the TV. Eric helped design this huge unit and built a cardboard mock up for us to see prior to building the unit. He showed us the different types of wood he would be using. This is all custom work except for the doors he has an Amish company make for him. He is a perfectionist. He matched our crown molding for shelving tops as well as matching baseboards for cabinets to our existing baseboards. He scribed the shelving units to the wall. Can't even tell where he caulked nails for baseboards, etc. Paint job is superior. Eric is a very experienced master craftsman. He built and finished in a very timely manner. Eric is an all around good person with a strong work ethic, fair pricing, and will soon do another project for us. It was our very lucky day to find this professional!"

"The 6 ft. privacy fence I had installed was well built and done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the follow-through on a couple of things that were not done which were supposed to have been. The workers ruined a patch of grass in my yard that was supposed to be re-seeded with straw placed over it. I had to call a couple of times to see when that would be done and it still wasn't done right. They also traipsed mud all over my outdoor rug and were supposed to put a handle on the inside of my gate; both of which were not addressed/done. 5 stars for the fence, but disappointed with the things mentioned."

I also felt totally comfortable with him and Chris in my home when my husband was out, which is a big deal if you're a woman looking for handyman services. They came over on a Saturday, within hours of my request. They worked diligently, removing an old tv that was stuck to a low profile frame. They carefully placed the new tv and mounted the old tv in our room, without a single fingerprint. I already rebooked them for furniture help!"

After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner.
