We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas.
