"Extremely dissatisfied with my consultation! First off, booked an appt due to Toilet tank seal leaking and needing to be repaired/replaced. I book an appt for them to charge me $89 for them to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong in the first place. Second, the options presented to me where astronomical and absurd. I'm talking about a toilet repair mind you! $1375 for them to replace my toilet altogether. $591 to install a toilet that I purchase. Or 721 to rebuild the current toilet. I settled for paying $89 for those options I suppose so Free Estimate as advertised isn't correct! I'm an Army War Veteran and I refuse to be ripped off by companies like this one. I can buy a brand new toilet at Home Depot for $1-300 and install it myself in under an hour. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my $89!!!"

"Miserable. 6 schedule changes (2 no shows) reduced price $500 (ok a positive)? Then ? sprayed 8-10? perimeter of the floor that was supposed to be covered. Didnt clean. Oversprayed 8? thick in places but was aware interior was being finished and needed to be kept inside beams. Leaked out around perimeter of building on new white and grey steel siding (doesn?t come off and we?ve bought five different products to-date). Then? worse? backed blown tire (drove on 4 blocks) down 120 ft brand new concrete driveway. Black rubber and torn out chips of a new concrete driveway. We held back $500 waiting for return to clean and never sent product or showed to clean black rubber off. Since then found the white scrapes down the street to the drive way and backing in chips of the driveway on ring camera and as lead installed advised where tire blew at?. Owner not fixing ; rude and brags about his 4 companies owned and $10m in sales. BEWARE. Do not use them. "

"Kyle did a great job of tackling the issue that the previous repair company didn't want to deal with. He spoke and dressed very professionally and didn't try to upcharge me for services that were unneeded. I feel like he is someone who I can trust and spent his time well working the entire time he was here. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issue and how to tackle it. I'm worried about other companies who just try to sell a new unit rather than fixing them. I'm glad to say that he didn't try to sell a new unit but to repair the one we had. He spoke with us about the many options that we could have done so we could decide ourselves how we wanted to proceed. Definitely a must hire, and top of my recommendations list. The best thing about hiring him was to see someone of the younger generation getting into the trade skills. I'm glad to have him and hope he is around to be my long-term repairman. He even spoke with us after the job was done when I had questions about a furnace and how much new ones cost. He didn't try to push me into a sale but answered my question with a smile."
