The dirt on the carpets from the previous tenants was horrible, and we assumed they would need to be replaced. I explained how dirty the carpets were when speaking with Keith, especially the stairs, and he was confident he could get them clean. Keith and his son were on time and got right to work. In addition to cleaning the carpet, he also used spot stain remover and a deodorizer. The difference was amazing.
