When the install proved to be more complicated than he quoted, he didn’t flinch and came through like a champ. Impeccable attention to detail, and hands down one of the friendliest and fairest people we’ve ever dealt with. A lot of contractors will turn on the “sales pitch” voice, tell you want to hear, and not follow through. Not Brian. He’s the real deal. Level headed, honest, and trustworthy.
