I am a residential designer who is certified in home staging as well. I have 5 years of experience where I have worked out of my home. How it works is we do an initial consultation which is a flat fee of $100 and from there I get a design together. After consultation I charge $45/hr. My hours include design process, shopping and the install. Once we agree on design and budget I get half down from client and begin the ordering process. The rest is due on the day of the install.
