Ilya is the best! He's removed 2 chimneys for me and his prices are way below anyone else. I was selling my house and he was able to remove my chimney on a short timeline. He also screened my gutters and fixed my rubber roofing. He has helped me with so many leaks!

I hired Kraftman roofing in December to reroof a back extension of my home that I was selling, as well as do some rafter work that was found in the home inspection. His prices were very good and the work was excellent. I wasn’t totally expecting to have to sell my house, so he was able to fit me in last minute. As well, later I discovered my payment app accidentally paid for the rafter work twice somehow. I contacted Ilya and he saw the error and refunded the extra payment immediately. I was also impressed by that. Definitely recommend.

They do great work

The owner responded promptly to my request. He was able to do the needed repair the same day. His price quote was excellent and I hired him immediately without waiting to get another quote. This was a repair of a rather small leak which he found to be due to an incorrectly cut shingle allowing water to accumulate under the shingles. I actually had saved a small number of shingles from the original roofing job 19 years ago and those were used to cover the new plywood. The project turned out well.

Very professional, would recommend this company! Prior to this I had a cleaner who was cheaper, however did not do a thorough job. This company, although more expensive, did a much more through job, and I plan to use them again. Use this company you'll be glad you did.

Ilya and his crew were professional in every way. The work was completed quickly and hassle free. They cleaned the work site far beyond our expectations and the building inspector told us the workmanship was some of the best he had ever seen.

I highly recommended Kraftman Construction because Ilya was: - responsive to the request for a quote, - on time for the appointment, - provided an estimate via email within 24 hours of the site visit, - provided certificates of insurance via email, - his crew started when we agreed, worked diligently through the day and did not have a lot of downtime, and - the project was completed within the timeframe and budget proposed.

Ilya tore off the old roof and installed a new one, including ridge vents--he also cut holes for two 2'x4' skylights and installed the skylights, which have withstood both the winter weather and, now, the spring storms (in a fairly tornado-prone area). He also repaired and replaced gutters. Ilya was a consummate professional: everything was completed when he said it would be, and he, himself, did the work. (He had one assistant who worked with him, not in place of him.) He was courteous and communicated clearly with me from the estimate to the final stages of the job. The shingles are neatly laid, and the skylights are perfectly straight--the quality of his work is exceptional, and he's very reliable.
