Stephan Louis worked on my house in Indian Hill Ohio from September 2013 through March of 2014. During this time he performed a variety of repairs on the home as well as overseeing the work of a number of third party contractors that were brought in to perform specialty jobs on the property. He remodeled 6 bathrooms and made a number of improvements in the house to prepare for it for sale. Throughout the process, Stephan ensured a high quality outcomes.  I was living out of state at the time of the work and Stephan was trusted with complete access to my property at all times. He ensured that the property was secure and protected while a number of people were brought in to do work in support of the project.  He personally ensured the quality of work and timeliness of completion of work by contractors who were brought in for specialty jobs.  He dealt with realtors who brought customers to the property and did a great job in ensuring that my needs were met during the remodeling and sales processes. Stephan allowed me to work directly with him and was flexible and supportive as design choices were made. He made very good recommendations for changes and enhancements to the property which ultimately helped with its sale. I grew to trust Stephan a great deal. He pays close attention to details and is very cost-conscious in the decisions he made for the property. When he could save me money, he did so in the way that I would have had I been there.    He is knowledgeable and versatile and a great deal. I highly recommend Stephan Louis.
