From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. I was given a very fair price for the work that was being performed and even then they went above and beyond my expectation. "I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."
