We had a design and architect team that recommended Tristate Contractors and it was the best choice we could have made. Our entire first floor was renovated from top to bottom, including a complete kitchen demo, tearing walls down, new flooring, installing cabinetry, installing fireplace stone, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, trimwork, new doors installation, tilework in the kitchen and powder room, a stairway redo and the list goes on. They were able to set up a makeshift space for us in our basement so we had a kitchen to use while the work was going on AND they even helped with an outdoor drainage problem we had in our yard. They completely transformed our house and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tristate Contractors is a company with trustworthy, reliable, kind, knowledgeable and talented people. "Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."
