"We hired Lucky 7 to repair and paint the exterior trim of our large 3-story house, which has a lot of trim and fairly tricky painting conditions given the height of the house and the need to use a 60ft ladder in quite a few areas. Chris and his team were extremely professional, punctual, clean and respectful on the job site, and Chris made sure to do several walkthroughs as the job progressed to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. They showed up on time each day, caulked all the windows (all 34 of them!) and always asked questions if they weren't sure of exactly what we wanted to have done (we used 3 paint colors, so it was a bit tricky to get right). They were careful about the plants next to the house and cleaned up after themselves every day. Communication was easy and excellent.
