From the initial call to schedule my appointment to the aftercare instructions and maintenance tips given after my cleaning was completed, this company personified professionalism. My carpet hasn't looked this good since I had it installed. I was impressed by the time and effort they put into removing stains. "Some difficulty in scheduling installation, partially due to his illness. Arrived late on a couple occasions, which was also frustrating. Started installation on a Friday night to minimize time needed on Saturday but was working past 9:00 PM and had to ask to wrap up for the night.One heating register was lost so I had to replace that which was an inconvenience.
Overall price and quality were great. Removal and haul away of old carpet was very helpful. Slightly cheaper compared to Lowe's/Home Depot for comparable products but prefer to do business with small businesses when possible.
