"Hired Hughes to install a 20x10 driveway extension. Communication about about scheduling could be improved, but I know weather was a complicating factor. My project was not time critical in any case. Pat was very clear about what was going to be done and accommodated changes in design. Once started, they completed in three days. Two story house needed updated landscaping and retaining wall, single story home needed painted but but unable to access due to shrubs. Thorpe Site Solutions was working near by, I asked them to stop and give us a quote. They were professional and personable, we walked the property, they took photos and asked questions about accessibility to different areas. They were up front with concerns about possible damage to existing flower beds and explained a plan to minimize damage to yard from equipment. i requested shrubs be pulled out vs cut off and stumps ground. Within 48 hrs they sent me a quote for each of the jobs. The next week they started work...they worked non-stop x 2 days to complete the work and haul away all of the debris, they level the landscape where there were holes. No regrets, No disappointments!
