"Horrible door install!!! Does not close properly, large gap between frame and wall, can see daylight when closed, horrible trim cuts, corners don?t touch and are splintered, obviously used wrong type of saw, used nail head and hammer on trim so I can?t caulk or paint over these nails. This door was custom made. Home Depot measured the opening so it was very expensive and is now ruined. I thought Anji?s list advertised professionals but that is not the case. This was the most amateur work I have ever seen and has cause me much anxiety and sleepless nights. The company owner repeatedly told me he is a Veteran AND an Engineer however, he had no explanation other than to cut the wall out?????? What??? He is a good talker and offered $99 back. However, it is costing me quadruple that to have this door torn out, and reinstalled, and having to purchasing all new trim. If you take pride in you home do not hire this company."

"Our experience with The Carpet Guys was less than impressive. I would not recommend their service. I informed the sub-contractors prior to the start of the job that we just had our hardwood floors refinished a week prior and asked that they cover the floors in the area they were working to protect the floors. They covered some areas, failed to cover the area in front of the staircase and there were several deep scratches because of their careless workmanship. Paint was chipped off the walls on the staircase and there were areas where the seams were visible. There were also a few areas where the carpet was not cut and glued properly. One of the workers was on his cell phone during most of the time he worked, at some point a 2nd crew of workers came and the 1st crew left without notifying us that they were swapping out crews. Lastly, we advised the work crew that they had full access to the use the bathroom on the first floor; one of the worker's used my master bathroom and deposited the used toilet tissue on the floor instead of flushing the tissue. An Install Manager came out and attempted to correct the areas of concern, he did an acceptable job. However, we refused to allow them to repair the hardwood floors, as it would void our warranty with the company. I elevated my concerns to another level of management explaining why I did not want The Carpet Guys to repair the hardwood floors and the cost to repair would be a minimum of $450 per hardwood flooring company and his response was, "how do I know my guys damaged your hardwood floors". After I became verbally upset over his insinuation that I was lying he stated he wasn't trying to argue just send him a paid bill. After spending over $8,000 cash for the carpet install, and I told them the hardwood floors were finished a week prior to their job, which we paid almost $7,000 cash for, why would I haggle over less than $500. Never ever would I recommend anyone use this company, save yourself the headache and go with someone else."

Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to [email protected] with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Warm and Dry, LTD was started on our 51st year to provide professional basement and crawlspace waterproofing and repairs. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

Welcome to my profile! I specialize in the design, fabrication and installation of IKEA kitchen cabinetry, giving you a semi custom kitchen for much less! IKEA kitchens are my specialty, and has been for the last two decades, across northern Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia and New Jersey too. It's all I do. IKEA Kitchens are a great value, and you'll keep more money in your pocket than you would with other brands. The quality, fit and finish are very good- I've visited kitchens I've installed 20 years ago and they're still in good condition (my clients know they can reach me anytime after their install should issues arise!). IKEA uses only Blum hardware for door hinges and drawer glides- the best of the best. But IKEA kitchens demand a high degree of precision and has to be installed with this in mind, especially when incorporating wall ovens, micro drawers or other built-in appliances such as Fisher-Paykel, Miehle, etc. Give me a call or send an email about your project! "Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."
