While the initial work was excellent, the lifetime guarantee is non-existent. I have a small structural problem. I have tried to reach them repeatedly via phone and web, but they won't even respond, much less honor their guarantee."

I didn't know what to expect but he was there from start to finish and even inspected project when completed. I felt we left as friends and defiantly will be doing other projects and promoting this company."
