Recent Car Wash & Detailing Service: I never do reviews but this was granted. I?m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, and was charged $45 for a wash and engine wash, and $235 for a full detail?totaling over $280. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match the price. It was honestly the worst car wash experience I?ve had. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, and the detail was far below expectations for such a premium price. I?m extremely disappointed and would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this. I expected much better given the cost and the advertised service level.

Was quoted $350 to wash my 2500 sq ft house. Quote was in the form of a long email. This price was the most expensive of the 5 companies I considered. The email explained that they will bring water treated with reverse osmosis to the job which reacts better with their detergents and leaves windows without a film. My research did indicate that RO water does leave windows clearer, but other companies will offer this as an option for an additional charge ($35-50). Most companies I considered use your garden hose water (pre-heated from the previous job). For a house my size this equates to 40-50 gal and costs less than $1. I was not given the option to use my house water in the quote. The email also quoted me $125 to wash my 14' x 16' deck. I also asked to have a sealant applied, but this company does not offer that service (they referred me to a company that does). The price was the best of the 5 companies, so I decided to schedule just the deck washing. The reply I received said that the $125 was a discounted price, and if I just wanted the deck washing, then the price was going to increase to $185, which is the minimum charge for any service that they offer. The original email did not explain that the $125 was a discounted price. The email overselling their services and the deck washing price increase didn't leave a great impression, so I went with someone else.

Very good customer service. The guys were a little behind on schedule, but I got a call from the sales agent to let me know that their folks were going to be a bit late. Very good communication from beginning to end.

Everything went great! We were able to schedule the cleaning in about a week after first contacting them. I got a quote right away over the phone. They emailed me a written quote as well. The day of the cleaning, they arrived on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the entire process. We will definitely recommend TNT to family and friends and will use them ourselves again in the future.

TNT Services did a great job power washing our house, deck and front porch. We were able to schedule the cleaning quickly and at a price lower than the competition. Couldn't ask for much more than that.

For me, they checked all of the boxes you want from a service provider: 1) the estimate was easy to schedule and transparent 2) scheduling the work was simple 3) the crew showed up on time, completed the job, and left no mess behind My house looked great afterward. It took some personal convincing to spend the money, but it was WELL worth it in the end. Big thanks to the TNT team and would recommend their services to others.

They made it very easy. they quoted my wash over the phone which save me time. the wash team showed up on time and id a great job on my home. Price was fair but service was great. they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I would tell you to book as soon as you can because i had to wait 2 1/2 weeks because of their schedule.

Professional and courteous! I feel like most places can do a pretty okay job power washing, but I want more than just ok. I want to know that they care about my home and these guys definitely do!

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANOR AND CERTAINLY MET MY EXPECTATIONS. THE PRICE WAS FINE. I HAD DONE SOME RESEARCH AND THE PRICING MET MY EXPECTATIONS.

TNT has power washed my home and some of my family's homes also, and we have always been pleased with the results. They show up on time and the guys are always professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

We signed a quote for $9,100.00 to have our barns cleaned.  The company did not show up on time, sent brand new employees who did not know what they were doing and caused over $6,000.00 of damage to hardwood floors and to electrical.  The operations managers and sales rep came out to discuss the damage and promised that the company would pay for the damages.
I have pictures of all property prior to the damage and after TNT damaged our property. Below are text conversations between myself and TNT employees.  Now the owner is refusing to pay for the damage.  The owner Seth Bromberg is not an honest person.  You can just imagine what kind of person he is considering he sued his own father.
If you contact me I will send you the email response from Seth Bromberg and pictures of the damage.  I know they have also recently damaged several other customer's property that he is refusing to pay for.  TNT hires non experienced and unqualified employees.

Make sure your crew goes in the back barn and clean the walls above the stalls and then they need to make sure everything beneath is clean.  They never went back in and finished.  They should do that before they hit the big arena.  I want the big arena done last after everything else
They need to tape over the outlets before spraying.  Apparently one of the outlets shorted out yesterday.  Also why do they wash the bottom before the top?  They also need to suck the water out of the bowls.  Does not appear they washed the stall walls on left side.  Just the floor?  They really need to do from the top down. Sending you a pic of a stall wall that they have already washed.

Shaun just called and said the guys there did not even know they were supposed to wash the ceilings and walls in the stalls.  They also did not cover the outlets again.

I am headed to the farm now.  Apparently we have s*** shoring out due to the water the guys got in out outlets.  I am meeting an electrician out there on Monday morning.  For now the electrician and Shaun turned off breakers. I guess they also left water on the wood floors in the two offices next to the stalls.  Shaun put a dehumidifier in the rooms.  I will let you know more once I get there in 15 min They messed up our wood floor in one of the offices  They need to soak up water or our wood is going to warp

The wood floor appears to have changed colors due to bleach water sitting on it all night.  Anyway we can discuss in the morning
