"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "Greystone came out redid my kitchen and also worked on the entire first floor of my home except the floor. They installed new cabinets, new lighting, they ripped out all the old soffits and installed a new ceiling, installed new granite countertops, and installed new flooring in dining room. They also removed all the wallpaper on the first floor, the staircase and downstairs hallway. They prepped and painted the walls. They did a wonderful job. The workers were wonderful could not have been more considerate. They were very careful about cleaning up during and after the work was completed. They were so thoughtful before they started tearing things out of my kitchen they brought me a microwave so that I could heat up food if I needed to. I was very impressed with them. Patricia Jewel was wonderful, she was always asking if everything is going well, and if there were any problems or issues. Very pleased with my overall experience. "It was a pleasure to work with Corey and Ace.  They started when they said they would.  We started the job late in the season so they had to work around bad weather.  They worked straight through early in the job to take advantage of good weather when they could.  We spent a lot of time looking at pavers at a local store before the job started to find a color that would go with our light house color.  When the pavers were delivered,  the color was much darker than the sample layout and the images in the catalog.  We were really disappointed in how they looked.  Corey brought samples of our second choice and showed us the range of colors in that paver option.  When we chose to go with the alterative, he worked around the delay of having the originally pavers picked up and the others delivered.  The new pavers were configured differently, so Corey and Ace had to change the original design and do extra cutting and fitting so we would not have to buy an additional pallet.  Corey has a great sense for design details.  The design of our border and the way he repeated the pattern throughout really added something special to the finished product.  Once the new pavers were delivered, Corey and Ace worked hard and efficiently to finish up the job.  They added the dirt and leveled it.  At the last minute, Ace dug in  some extra pavers as stepping stones to get across the dirt.  We are very pleased with our new patio.  Corey and Ace were great to work with from start to finish.
