"We highly recommend Kramer Custom Remodels. They are excellent, 5 stars all the way. We retained their services for several major, high-end projects at our home. We remodeled our en suite bathroom to create a glamour bathroom, remodeled our kitchen to create a gourmet kitchen and we had them prepare our house before we listed it for sale. Each major project was done on time and within the budget and the finished projects exceeded our expectations. We truly loved and had great pride in our home after they had finished. They and their crew were quiet, neat and prompt. In addition to being skilled, we really appreciated that they spent so much time planning with us before each project started so that we could make our remodeling dreams come true. Their knowledge of current trends and timeless beauty and their ability to bring our visions to life made each major remodel a pleasure. 2016- Bathroom Remodel: new tile shower with glass doors, new granite counter, new sinks, laundry area, cabinets, new tile flooring, painted walls, new lights and fixtures 2018- Kitchen Remodel- expanded entryway, added large pantry, granite and stainless steel sink; refinished and restained hardwood floor, all new soft-close cabinets, large island with granite and large stainless steel sink. Designed and built bespoke bar area with lighting, granite and marble- truly a focal point of the kitchen. New stove hood, lights and fixtures. 2021- What a relief it was to have Kramer Custom Remodels prepare our house for sale. They advised us how we could make our home look its best for buyers. They painted every room, the basement, ordered carpet, and added modern light fixtures, and made our home a showplace. We also used Kramer Custom Remodels for all our landscaping needs, through the years."

"Itâ  s a breath of fresh air to have a contractor who communicated well and was timely. Very happy with the drywall finish and framing that was fixed! I will definitely recommend him to anyone else who has contracting needs."

"When we decided to remodel our bathroom, we turned to Ohio Top Construction & Remodeling and the results speak for themselves! From the initial consultation through to the final walk-through, their team was professional, communicative, and truly skilled. They listened to our vision, helped us choose materials that perfectly matched our style, and kept the project on schedule and on budget. The craftsmanship? Impeccable. Our new tub, tile work, flooring, fixtures, everything came together beautifully. The crew worked cleanly, arrived on time every day, and respected our home throughout the process. We ended up with a sleek, modern, functional bathroom that exceeded our expectations. We couldn?t be happier with the transformation!"

"Five Star Bath Solutions of Cleveland recently completed our full bathroom remodel and could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They listened carefully to our vision and needs, offered helpful design suggestions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free."

"Our bathroom remodeling job was everything we ever dreamed of!! We were extremely happy with Brandon and Freedom Contracting! The job was done in a timely and professional manner and done right the first time. We would not hesitate to call them back for any other projects we might like done. We highly recommend them!"

"Mike and Peak Home Renovations are the best in the business! We used them for our recent kitchen renovation, and the project went so well. Mike was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was attentive, professional, and diligent. He truly represented our needs and desires in all aspects of the work, including with the various trades and vendors who were involved. Mike was willing to share his thoughts and ideas in design and installation, but always deferred to our wishes. The project was completed in a timely manner, and with a high level of precision. I cannot recommend Peak Home Renovations highly enough. Do not hesitate to get Mike involved in your next project - it will be the best thing you do for your home!"

"Outstanding! Frank and Steve, and apprentices Jeremiah and Xavier, were terrific. They were committed to making us happy. They worked hard to accomplish everything we wanted, offered good suggestions when there was a better solution, and indulged our changes (we tried to keep them reasonable) as much as possible as the project unfolded. The results are FANTASTIC and their prices were, in my opinion, very good. We got three quotes on this job, and theirs was the lowest by quite a bit, and the workmanship was first-rate. Definitely get a quote from them if you are considering a remodeling project! They are knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful, helpful, considerate, patient, HIGHLY skilled, and reasonably priced."

"I just want to say thank you to Miller Custom Carpentry and Remodeling. Zach, the owner, did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel and now I love my new bathroom! He was on time and very clean and tidy in my home! I would definitely recommend Miller Custom Carpentry! Thank you!"

"I highly recommend Dan and his team at Beautiful Basements! During the initial call, Dan clearly explained the estimate and planning process. After the first visit, he provided an itemized estimate and diagram of the project. Dan was also very responsive when I would reach out with questions/concerns/changes to the plan. The team was friendly and professional, well organized, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provide a designer free of charge that gave us excellent recommendations on carpet, paint color, bathroom tile, etc. It was also convenient that the team at Beautiful Basements includes a plumber and electrician. We couldn't be happier with the result, and the overall price was similar to other estimates we got. If you're planning to finish your basement, you can't go wrong with Beautiful Basements!"

"He installed baseboard molding and painted them in his shop before. He touched up on them prior to my carpet. They cleaned up after the work and it just looks amazing! Installed furnace vents in every bedroom. He was on time and professional! I would hire them in a heartbeat."
