"Crew called before arrival and made sure that I was ready for service.  Requested to have the driveway clear for the truck.  Service took 2 days to complete.  Alerted me that there would be dust overall due to drilling in drywall and insulation work.
Staff moved furniture away from the outside walls and covered all with plastic.  This included living room, bedroom and office furniture.  Some pieces were quite heavy.  
During estimate and prior to the start of work, I was informed that holes were to be cut into drywall.  Drywall repair would be needed and was not part of the estimate.  Crew explained the process for insulating the walls.  2-inch holes were neatly made and insulation was blown into wall space.  Holes were then neatly rough patched.  Drywall needs to be professionally finished. 
Staff checked the attic.  Several pieces of furniture and other belongings of the prior owner were stored in the attic.  Staff emptied all of the pieces and neatly stacked them in the garage.  Completed attic insulation on the 2nd day.  Notified me that due to the construction and location of the attic steps, suggested that I add a layer of wood to ensure better insulation.

RetroFoam wasn't even on the list I was sent but they called and was the only company from Angie's that was interested. They planned on four days to perform the job, arrived when they said, did excellent work, cleaned up well, and finished ahead of schedule even worked through the cold drizzly September weather we had. They removed and reinstalled the siding and it does not look like it was ever disturbed. I was a little leery about foam, but their product has no chemical smell, won't shrink, won't expand and bow your walls, has a transferable lifetime warranty, and is supposed to be easy to run wiring through. We definitely recommend them."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

UPDATE-6/6/15: 

Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers."
