In 2011 we had our roof replaced by Shingle King.  Ty was upfront with all costs, was the best price out of all the quotes we had and did a great job.  Our roof looks amazing and we have never had any issues since. 
In November, 2014, we had our siding for our entire house replaced as well as new gutters.  Ty brought over any samples we needed and helped with all the questions we had before deciding on colors and siding.  The siding took some time, but only because it was the middle of Thanksgiving week.  We had some issues with our windows being two different sizes (not because of Shingle King)  and Ty and his workers were able to help figure out the best way to cap the windows so they looked similar.  Any issues or concerns that we have, we email Ty and he always responds right away.  His work crew cleans up when they are done with the project and Ty will come by and make sure there are no nails around the house. 
Our house looks amazing and we have received many compliments on our new siding.  We recommend him to many of our friends and neighbors. 

Did a great job. They were friendly and helpful. Answer any questions and set my mind at ease. Went above and beyond to clean the Plexiglas on the roof and removed a dish that was left from Direct T.V.

This project was Phase 2 of a combined home repair project with Shingle King. Once Ty Crawford's roofing crew had removed and replaced our roof earlier in the month, we had his trim and siding specialist remove all the old unsightly, discolored aluminum trim and replace it with carefully color-matched hidden vent vinyl soffit material, and aluminum trim and gutters.
Ty had to special order the specific musket brown color, heavy duty vinyl, hidden vent soffit material we wanted, in order to match the traditional Tudor color theme of our home. It took a little longer to get the material but was well worth the wait. The results were most satisfactory. Ty went the extra mile to search out a source and met our expectations.
Work took a couple days to complete due to weather conditions, but once completed, beautifully complimented the new roof shingle color we had chosen. The care in properly fitting corners and odd angle trim sections demonstrated the true craftsmanship of the installer.
Another very satisfactory experience.
We look forward to Phase 3, replacing our old discolored aluminum siding with heavy duty vinyl siding. Shingle King will be our supplier of choice for that project as well. Ty Crawford and his teams have proven themselves worthy of our continued trust in expecting excellent service, quality work performed in a timely fashion, at a fair competitive price.

Ty Crawford came out and met with my wife and I on two separate occasions. He was very pleasant, informative and thorough in his presentation and providing an estimate. He was the first source we spoke with. After meeting with several other competent and reputable service providers over the next couple weeks, we called him back, spoke further and decided to choose Shingle King to replace our roof. Ty had kept in contact twice during the couple of weeks while we looked at other potential providers. No pressure tactics, just a quick friendly phone call to see if we had made a decision yet.
His was not the lowest of the four estimates we received, but we had a comfort level speaking with him, discussing work ethic, and reviewing the project that we needed done and the quality of materials he would be using. (Each of the other providers we received estimates from also presented themselves and their services very well). There was simply a comfortable feeling, especially after signing the contract that we had made the right choice. It was a good fit for us.
We had a couple weeks wait until other projects were completed and weather had cleared before our work commenced. The roofing crew did an excellent job removing the old roof and installing the new. We had chosen to alter the color of shingles and also decided to have a Groove Vent cut into the roof and eliminating the unsightly ventilation boxes, which Ty had mentioned were too few for proper air flow. Work was promptly performed over two days. Crew members were courteous and did a fine job of cleaning up after the work was completed.
Once finished the roof looked great! The shingle color selection was spot on matching the new color theme we had chosen. We are very pleased with the work that was performed and Ty's follow-up make sure we were satisfied both with the service and quality of craftsmanship as well as the appearance of the roof.

Tore off old roof.  Installed new roof.  Owner Ty was great.  Very good communicator and easy to work with.  Answered all questions in a straightforward manner and their labor has a lifetime guarantee.

They set up a time to do the work twice and never showed. 
All I got was "Sorry for the delay we are extremley busy."

It was an insurance claim so they went by what the insurance company said. They could have done a little bit better.

Was very impressed with professionalism from owner Ty Crawford and actually did not pull the trigger for over a year and half to get the roof done!!Its hard to get a new roof its not a real fun way to spend your money,but essential eventually!!!Ty actually gave me the same estimate from a year ago and have not heard from him since completion,or after me for final money payment.He is going to do other projects for me in the future!
