"Dave did a very fine job. He was professional and helpful. He has special equipment to clean out the dryer vent. We actually had water in the vent. He noticed It was caused by a problem we had outside where the dryer is vented. He also repaired that.  We would contact Dave again if / when we have a project too big for us to do.

We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer.
