Outstanding response to my initial contact. Service man, Sam, was at my home the next day. Totally replaced existing flexible vent with a metal vent.in about an hour. Sam was knowledgeable, personable and fast. Cost was fair.

Hired to completely replace dryer vent. Submitted on-line information for on a Sunday morning. Owner called me back in less than a minute. Arranged for a service man for next morning at 11:00am. The next morning the service man called me at 10:55am to tell me he would be about five minutes late. He arrived at 11:05am and completed the job in about an hour. What company responds that quickly, and what service person bothers to call to tell you they will be five minutes late. Thank you. Charlie, and thank you Sam.
