My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim and Mark as owners is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. Jim, Mark, Chris, Steve and Michael are very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. In the future if we need anything that “The Patio Room Factory” offers, we will not hesitate."

"Basement Finishing complete!! I know finding someone can be stressful so I wanted to give a shout out to Greg Henslee. His price was fair, communication was great and he finished on time (2 months). He was here every day minus weekends and an occasional day here and there. We even went on vacation, he still came everyday with no issues. I know Greg is booked probably through Spring 2026 but if you are looking for recommendations and not in a rush he is definitely worth contacting for a quote."

"i had daves carpentry come in and replace the original steps to my family room,he came in when he said he would (on time) removed the old 2by 8 lumber the original home builder installed, replaced the old steps with new popular skirt board ,risers and treads,(my request) the job was done by the owner himself ,cleaned up the work area,and finished on time and under budget great work thanks dave!"

Priced around a couple of options and he was by far the most affordable AND it came with everything included we weren’t finding at other companies as everything became add on fees (permits, mirrors, etc). Todd kept in touch weekly and let me know when/who would be coming and all of the contractors were on time. Quality is great and they were able to replicate my new build materials from the first floor for a seamless transition in style. I would highly recommend , we love our new basement !"
