Being a locally owned and operated company, I strongly believe that we have a responsibility to provide each and every customer with a level of service that is second to none. If you are looking for a new fireplace, insert or freestanding stove or if you simply need your existing chimney cleaned or repaired, please call me today and rest assured that I stand by our work
"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"We cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Advanced Backyard Solutions. After speaking with several pool contractors, all of whom either did not win our trust or they simply never got back to us, we found this incredible team. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing. Frankly, we're not sure ours was their favorite job because of the extreme challenges of the hillside terrain, the same conditions that drove other contractors away, but every one of the crew associated with Advanced Backyard Solutions should be commended for outstanding work and detailed professionalism. "I had hired PG to replace the septic tank two years ago. They seemed friendly and helpful completing the job quickly. It cost $6,000 for the new tank install. There were problems with the tank being full for the past two years and requiring pumping repeatedly. PG claimed it was just needing the filter cleaned, but that was done monthly with no improvement. After two years, they came out charging $300 to assess it again and claimed the leach field was bad, and an aerator system needed installed for $18,000. When I received 2nd and 3rd opinions stating the initial install was improper, and the tank had settled too low, PG became belligerent at the idea, stating that is not possible. They said they would come back out to inspect again and charge me for it, but would not fix anything because it was correct. They never would come back out from there. I had to use another company to come out dig the yard back up to fix their installation. The septic and leach field work fine. Do not hire PG."
