"Our 7 yr. old carpeting needed to be re stretched. I Googled and found '616', as it's close to us. Very personable and professional. Very thorough. They explained the process well. "Do n's carpet restoration still uses the shampoo method of cleaning the carpet. Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work."

"We've been using Rick for years. He knows what he is doing! I will never go back to the other big "Carpet Steamer" company. His equipment cleans the carpets much better then the steamer guys.
