However, they took the time to lay a road of composite material to minimize damage to the yard, cut down large trees next to the home and fence w/o damage, and removed the stumps thoroughly. That later step is what many companies fail to accomplish – which makes it difficult to grow grass afterwards. Once the tree work was done, he and his crew spread top soil and laid sod. "I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

They removed the dead grass turned up the soil and added fresh soil and lots of grass seed covered with a straw blanket after 5 days the grass appeared on the 6th day new grass was much thicker.
