Jake's tree service was very professional. I've used his service twice now for tree removals.

Jake did what he said he would do in an extremely efficient and timely manner. My first choice for any tree removal services in the future!

They did a great job!! Started immediately to my surprise and worked like crazy to get everything done. Cleaned up everything and hauled it away.

Not only did they get everything done to my satisfaction ? but they were completely professional. Since the ground was too wet, they were unable to bring in their heavy-duty equipment to finish, and we mutually agreed that they would come back to complete the job.

His work was slow and unprofessional. He would not communicate what time he would show up. It also took several days longer than planned. He says that he has a crew, but he does not. He told me three people would be working on Saturday and he and one other man showed up. And then he said he had to fire that worker after 2 hours. He did not correctly protect our furniture or clean up the paint at the end of the day. He also did not protect our hardwood floors and I had to spend hours cleaning up stain from a beam that dripped onto the floor. There were also areas of white paint from the trim on the floor that we have to clean up. Some parts of the paint are uneven and drips on the trim. I have tried to contact him to resolve the outstanding issues and he hasn't replied. He was also not able to finish part of the job which was to fill a gap between our two pillars and our floor that were cut short b/c of carpet removal. Lastly, I asked him to wear a mask while in our home and he did this very inconsistently. Very poor experience.

Great job in my kitchen I recommended 100%. Work on time and by the schedule thanks.

While I was not particularly pleased with the type of mulch provided, Jake was on time and worked very ho*** ** a very hot day. I tried to get other companies to do the job but I was unsuccessful. Happy to have Jake on the job.

Jake came by to give me a free quote and gave me a time frame that worked for both of us. I needed a good look to the walkway to the pool and Jake and his colleague tiled enough dirt to put down gravel/stone to our decorative water fountain. It turned out exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again for all your hard work!!!
