"This job was bid just for painting and no other touch up being done. when I got into the job there ended up being multiple places where other people's mistakes would have affected the quality of how my work. so instead of complaing and asking for more money to complete the project I just fixed what was needed. There was over 12 hours of sanding to get the project prepared for painting to happen."not in bid" Although unfortunate I did have to fire one of my painters on the job for insubordination though I tried to handle that outside of there house so they didn't have to be subjected to listening to an argument. All and all the job came out looking well other than there were 3 spots where I had a drip fall without knowing for a total of what would have taken at most 15 min to clean up. I would have no problem cleaning it up if it wasnt for the fact that this customer was abrasive rude and insulting and didnt pay for supplies."
