"I ran through my ideas and things we wanted in the house. Brian took measurements, got drawings from the city and was able to quickly provide some basic drawings of a couple designs for us based on our feedback. We made a few tweaks after the first draft, but we really liked one of the layouts he had, so he then created the full drawings so we could take to a contractor to get pricing. We priced out a few different architects, and BKW was by far the cheapest option and also having a great user rating. This is one case where going the cheaper route actually worked out. He was very quick and very responsive, would have a response by email in less than a day, normally within the next hour."
