They had interior designers on staff that helped us in planning for the project and selecting the carpet, tile, grout, everything, which was great because we had never done a project like this before.  It looks amazing, the materials are super high-end, and the cost was lower than anywhere else we looked, including the box stores.
Their showroom was loaded with samples and was really a great showpiece for tile that we never even knew existed.  Their staff (the owners themselves waited on us) were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.  We ended up using their referrals for both the carpet and tile installers, and our rec room has never looked better.  Both installers arrived on time when they said, finished the job on time, cleaned up completely and were very professional.
It's refreshing to be able to write a review like this - we don't very often.  Highly recommend checking them out before you look elsewhere.
