"They were trying to pour concrete in 90 degree weather, and it was drying faster than they could finish it. 1/3 of the concrete turnaround had no finish. The Mountainview owner wanted to tear out part of the concrete and redo it, but all of it needed to be torn out due to poor quality. I refused to allow them to do the other 1/2 of the job (which was to replace the gravel driveway with concrete). The concrete had unevenness, the finish was poor, and there were holes in the concrete at the ends of the joints, so water could get in. They splattered concrete on part of the walkway next to the turnaround. They left two 2-foot high piles of concrete at the end of the driveway because the cement truck ran out of water."

"NFL was quick to come out and assess. They were quick to give us a quote. We agreed on the price and a day was selected for service. However, the crew came out to the house two days early with no phone call in advance. We only happened to see them arriving as we were driving out of town. We delayed out trip, as work was now being done on that day. The work was good, and the crew was courteous. They were mostly respectful to the property, although that may have been due to my wife and I being constantly present. We were told that stump removal would be done by a 3rd party, and that NFL would coordinated that 3rd party. We paid for only the tree removal at that time. That was almost a month ago, with no sign of a stump removal person. I have called NFL 6-7 times, and emailed twice with no response. Since a 3rd party is involved, I know there is no real motivation for NFL to finish this project, other than being professional. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Even if I did, I’m not sure they will call you back."

"I would never use this company again. Crooked cuts and weird color spots on a patio that’s less than a year old. We had heard good things about this company, they sounded great when we talked to them in the phone. When they told us they could squeeze us in last year we were pretty excited. They were to get rid of our old patio and put in a larger patio and sidewalk. Everything seemed good during demo of the old patio and they poured the new patio the same day. They were to come out the following day to make the relief cuts for the patio. They came the next day and made the cuts in the pouring rain. We waited to go in the patio and put furniture back for the 10 days they recommended. After going and starting to put furniture back in we really started to notice the flaws. The reliefs cuts they made are not straight and completely crooked because they could not put proper lines down in the rain. There were these weird color spots that did not match. All the edges around the patio where it meets the house are a different color. We had them come back out and they said they could “fix” the weird color patches and put some chemical and what looked like more concrete on top of them. They said there wasn’t anything they could do about the crooked cuts and it was what it was. They said give the color six month to even out. The picture with the furniture is from now with the weird color spots that they “fixed”. It’s been a year and it hasn’t evened out. The spots they “fixed” look terrible to this day. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
