The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!!
