"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."

"Not impressed. The estimator arrived early, so I had to interrupt work to meet him. Was not wearing a mask for COVID (I was). He took a few pictures and listened to what I needed. I did not get a good feeling from the conversation. Estimate was TRIPLE what others were. I will not consider them again."

In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!"

"Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! Great play space for the little one, guest suite for family, wonderful area to entertain. It is perfect!"

Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."
