Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. "We couldn't be happier with how our basement looks! Brian and Todd were easy to work with and also flexible. We ended up adding a fireplace and barn door mid project. Todd accommodated our needs with out any problems and both additions turned out great. It might have took longer than I expected, but the quality of the workmanship was worth it. All the people Todd has working for him are professional and did excellent work. Having contractors in the house for weeks, when you aren't home most the time, it's important to have that level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others. The pricing was also another selling point when shoping around for highly reviewed basement remodeling services."
