"I would not hesitate for one minute to contact Bluestone Masonry and Restoration to complete a job I need taken care of. I called Josh because he had stated that one of the goals of the company was to get back to the customer as soon as possible. I called the number at 9 o'clock on a Friday night and left a message. He called me back by 9:15. I had called a couple area fireplace businesses. It was November and the first place told me they were retiring at the end of the year. They were not interested in doing the job. The second place told me that they might be able to get to it the second week of January!! Josh told me how to check the thermocouple and he texted me the next morning to see how the test went and offered to come and check the fireplace out later that day. If the problem would have been anything other than the thermocouple my call would have been to Josh and I know the job would have been completed quickly and correctly."

"I found Brian on home advisor. He called literally 10 minutes after I was on the website. He was here to look at the job 2 hours later(on a Sunday) and gave me a quote. I had a leaking water line on my property. There was a little bit of a mix up with the gas company getting the gas line marked and not entirely happy with the way they left my yard (we had a lot of rain that week) but I would definitely hire royal flush plumbing again. Brian also called after the job to check in which was nice"

"Bought this in the spring to use before burning in the fall/winter.  Ended up moving in December and did not use it.
I'm wasn't sure how to score a company I didn't use (and not reviewing isn't really an option), so I just picked a score consistent with the average rating.

"Ok. No way of telling if ducts were good and clean when done. Wish they could show pics from inside duct after cleaning. Not sure if feasible."
