"If you need tinting done, hire these guys! Both are very personable and they taught me a lot about tinting and the industry itself. After learning a few things, I'm extra happy that I hired from them. I had nearly-clear tinting done in one room to protect books and instruments. I wanted it to be clear because I really enjoy the natural light And don't want it to be any darker in here. As an added bonus, the film has cut down the heat by almost half, as well as cutting out the fading UV rays. "These people worked with me when they found out that I was paying myself and not an insurance company, After settling on a price, I added $200 additional work repairing a rusted out fender. When replacing the Jeep's soft top, they determined they could not remove and reuse the old windows with out breaking them. They returned that top and ordered one with windows and DID NOT charge me the difference in price. They also painted the plastic trim on the fenders which was not on the original estimate. They did an excellent job and I am extremely please with the results"

"The installer showed up on time and started work right away.  The installer was polite and professional and understood his work very well.  After discussing the doors and window that should be linked to the alarm, he provided advice on where the key pad should be located.  The installer also set up and explained the system to me as well.  
I docked quality, slightly, on account of the original placement of the pin pad.  The installer put it in a spot that prevented a door in my living room from fully opening.  I pointed this out to him, and the installer was kind enough to move it about 6 inches to fix the problem.  Moving left some extra drill holes in my living room wall, but that's fine as we're repainting soon.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
