A TO Z AUTO CARE

I took my car to them on June 15th and gave them a check for $4000. I had gone to the shop a couple of times and was able to speak with the worker on August 6th. He told me he would work that weekend to get it painted for me. Since then, my car has only been primed, I've tried calling, no one answers and the voicemail is full. I've gone to the shop and the doors are locked. I left a letter in the door for them to call me but haven't heard back.

Excellent job. All of the work was done to my satisfaction. The dents, rust and gashes are completely gone. The car looks 10 years younger. It took 1 additional day to complete the work.

These people worked with me when they found out that I was paying myself and not an insurance company, After settling on a price, I added $200 additional work repairing a rusted out fender. When replacing the Jeep's soft top, they determined they could not remove and reuse the old windows with out breaking them. They returned that top and ordered one with windows and DID NOT charge me the difference in price. They also painted the plastic trim on the fenders which was not on the original estimate. They did an excellent job and I am extremely please with the results

Work was done to my satisfaction at what I consider a good price. Only problem was it took 2 days longer than estimated.

A-Z Auto Care took on the job. Not only does my hood look flawless (and red is hard to match). They drove me to return my car rental when they were done! Their Russian accent may be thick, but their service is unparalleled. Next, I will give their mechanical service a try!

I will start with the positives; basically you have a group of very talented painters who struggle in the day to day operation of a business. In both cases the work was flawless, paint was blended perfectly. Much better than work I have had done at other body shops in the past. Also their price was about 30% cheaper than other quotes I received. Now for the negatives, don t expect your car to be done on time. In both cases the car was a few days late. The second Job was 1 day late, but I had to return to allow them to buff it the following week, they were not there for the first appointment and I had to return later in the day. Sort of a pain to deal with. I will use them again, the price is great and the quality of the job is the most important thing to me.

My son received a ticket for driving a car with the window tint too dark. When we purchased the used car, we knew it came up from Florida - but didn't realized the legal tints for windows varied from state to state. TO avoid further tickets we shopped for someone who could fix the problem and chose A to Z on the basis of the reports on Angie's List and the fact that his quote was considerably less than that of others. Todd got us in quickly, did the work in a timely manner and did it well. I'm very pleased.

Great service and very friendly.

The "experience" went well. They offered a rental car at a great rate and they delivered it. The car was ready when they said it would be and had been vacuumed and washed. The repair work was excellent. When I took the car in for repairs, I told the claims rep. for my insurance company where I was taking it and why. I suggested this would be a good body shop if the insurance company was willing to consider other companies. When I picked my car up, I was informed that the insurance co. did follow up on my suggestion.

I had my car estimated by two auto shops before I called A to Z at around 6:30 pm. They were still open, and I drove over. Their estimate was less than half of the other two estimates. So I let them do the job. I dropped the car there on Saturday and picked it up on Monday afternoon. I am very happy with the result.

Todd gave me an estimate and was happy to do the work in his state of the art paint shop with top of the line paint and materials. The job took longer, due to some surprise rust damage under the door panel guards, then expected. The car looks nice and I am content with the job. I will know in the spring if all the rust was removed. There was more work to be done than originally thought to be.

I was treated very well, from start to finish. We talked about ways to save some money on the repair and A to Z was able to repair the quarter panel without replacing it, a much preferable approach to dealing with all of the welding needed to replace the panel with new. The paint match was effectively perfect; I could not exact better from anyone else. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism in working with me throughout the process. I would recommend them without reservation.

They did a good job. For the body work they had to put a new fender on with new stripes and repaint it which was all done within two days. This also including putting a new fender liner under the car which they did for free.

They have perfect customer service and you don't have to pay until the job is done. They guarantee the work and they did it very quickly. I asked them about my other mirror and they took it off and removed the scratches and repainted, so now I have two new mirrors. They are a real joy and their shop is spotless. They are accommodating and it is like an old fashion business experience.
