I hired Premier Home Exterior for the replacement of five windows and the installation of new siding and gutters. The professional, hard-working, installers were courteous and left the job site clean every single day. The entire team and overall project management exceeded our expectations. They take great pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects.

Premire Home Exterior replaced a large window on the second level of my foyer. The newly installed window was a higher quality than the previous one and came with a lifetime warranty. The installers were professional and showed up when they said they would. Their workmanship was second to none. Most importantly, Premire Home Exterior installed the window on the date they originally stated in their quote - no delays, no excuses. We obtained a number of estimates for new windows in our old home in German Village and Matt came through well under everyone else. We only have a handful of approved windows for our neighborhood and Matt was able to get us the best deal on beautiful windows! His crew was great, too! Flexible, fast, efficient! Very quality work and Matt was great to work with every step of the way!

Premier Home Exterior was extremely easy to work with. No high pressure sales and answered all our questions as we went through the vetting process with them and other vendors. Install was seamless and quick. To show how professional they are during the install they accidentally broke one of our exterior lights. It was truly an accident and they wrote us a check on the spot to replace. You don’t see this type of accountability with many companies. I wish I would have found them before I installed our windows as would have definitely used them for that job.

Very happy with our experience with Matt Jackson and Premier Home Exterior. We replaced about 24 windows in our home, and the price was quite affordable as compared with other vendors. Furthermore, the installers were professional and skilled. Most importantly, we just received a bill from our electric company that shows statistics on how our home compares to other homes in the area. As compared to all homes within a 3 mile radius, our home is now 9% more efficient than the top 20% of the most efficient homes in the area. Our electric and gas bills are quite low and the windows are beautiful.

We had a very pleasant experience with Premier Home Exterior and it was money well spent to improve not only our home but our lives. We had all of our windows replaced in February 2018 in our home in Galloway, OH. I waited until June to write a review so I could comment on both cold and hot weather. There was no pressure from the salesman and he explained everything really well. In addition to getting three references for us within hours and two that we could call. Both of which recommended them. We have a bay window with 6 windows where our kitchen table is and it would be very cold in the winter and hot in the summer and now it is not. We can even cook in the kitchen with the warm weather without feeling the heat since we are not getting the heat from those windows anymore. It took me awhile also to get used to that I can't hear the noise from outside. Now that we are used to it it is so peaceful.
