"I would leave 10 starts if I could. Communication and updates were great from start to finish. NIKO and MANUEL are absolutely wonderful. They worked my porch and patio projects start to finish. Both are very precise in their workmanship and such a pleasure to work with. Parks Sr. and Shawn were on top of everything throughout. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. I will definitely use AIS Renovations in the future for any upcoming projects and I will Most Definitely request Niko and Manuel. Great company to work with. I am so very happy with the completed results. Thank you AIS Renovations. And a Big Thank You to Niko and Manuel."

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.

When conducting space planning, building codes and regulations need to be considered. As long as you are taking them into account and discussing them with the architect, you should be able to do your space planning appropriately.

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

The country's most famous Neoclassical architecture appears in major government buildings and college campuses. The White House is unmistakably the most famous example, though the Capitol Building and Thomas Jefferson's Monticello are also iconic uses of the design.
