We found it to be reasonable as the tree to be removed was over 2 stories tall. They came on time 2 weeks later to complete the service and did so in just under 5 hours. They trimmed the trees to our satisfaction and completely removed the tree (including hauling it away). Overall I do plan on using them again for our 3 tree trimmings in the future as they were courteous and did a great job."
