"I hired Plumb Tite to video snake inspect the main sewer line for a house I m purchasing. Their customer service is second to none. Very friendly, very helpful. They called to say a cancellation would allow them to show up early if that was ok with me. The plumber was very knowledgeable and professional."

Once they had access to the line they found that a connection did not even exist–the scope did not capture this. They were still able to carry out the job based on my quote and were very informative about other potential issues they noticed. I'm looking forward to working with them again."

"Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around"
