"They were very good with initial response, estimate, and install date. The quality of the install was mediocre; attention to detail, not so much. They did not worry too much about cleanup after the job, several examples of that; I have un-removable black goo on my driveway. There was supposed to be a two week follow-up visit and I was going to address some of my questions and issues then but was scheduled twice and did not occur either time, no call no show the second time. I realize this all occurred during a peak time of year. The unit does work without difficulty and we are happy to have HVAC but I will probably go with another company for service and maintenance.

"We moved from 2 bedroom +den apartment with, garage and large storage into a house. 2 1/2 trucks 8 people. They packed all and moved the 3 locations in two days. Nothing got broken or damage and while it was a hard word, they still got it with great attitude and polite behaviors until the last minute. John as the moving leader."

"I've had Ron and his crew service my heating and air conditioning equipment for many years now and trust them without hesitation. They let me know a couple of years in advance the condition of my equipment and when I would need to think about replacing them. When the time came, I had them replace and install both my air conditioner and furnace. They have been fantastic to deal with. When I have needed emergency service in the past because of a cranky a/c, they were there to fix it within hours.
