"Shad and his wife did an amazing job installing a cast stone fireplace that I purchased from Mantels Direct. My original tile guys spent hours trying to "figure it out" with no luck. It was a VERY difficult job and it looks absolutely amazing!!! It was a ton of work. Shad works EXTREMELY hard and is very professional and is very accommodating. I am also having him fix some grout issues in my bathrooms. He will also be sealing my quartz/marble countertops. He does excellent work. There seems to be nothing that he can't do. "They sent 4 people to work 1.5 hrs. totaling 6 man hours. They were late in showing up and I think it was due to lousy weather. I called and was told they would arrive around 11 a.m. but I was counting on them showing up at 8:30 a.m. I understood why they were late, but it would have been nice for them to call me and tell me they would be late."
