I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful.
